At the completion of your session with a F.R.E.S.H dietitian, you will have a thorough idea of your daily nutritional needs, a customized list of health priorities for you, knowledge of how to take control of your health through specified changes to your cooking and eating routine, recommendations for supplementation, and an overall sense of peace that you're on your way to a healthier you! We offer the following nutrition counseling services: 1:1 Initial Consultation Group Nutrition Counseling Ask A Dietitian 1:1 Nutrition Counseling - Conducted either in the convenience of your own home or any other public space comfortable for you, or virtually through the Healthie telehealth platform. Group Nutrition Counseling (Cost: Varies Based on Number of Participants) Conducted either in the convenience of your own home or any other public space comfortable for you, or virtually through the Healthie telehealth platform. Ask A Dietitian (Cost: $15 / question) - This feature allows individuals to ask a particular question of concern that they need a specific answer to. This allows you to get a quick answer to your question if that is all you need!
